Transplant Day +5....Wot no noodles!!!!

Good Evening Bloggers,

Everyone had a good day?

Just a short blog tonight as Phoebe had her blood transfusion last night and we were awake every half hour or so. Phoebe has only just settled gone 11pm after a long snooze at 5pm and I won't be too much longer myself.

Its been another good day here, Phoebe was quite tired when she awoke this morning and this was probably due to the disturbed sleep with the obs..but if its only disturbed nights we have to deal wit
h, we count our blessings.

As the day continued Phoebe spent some time with my parents, Dad was doing his best to encourage Phoebe to eat a bite of cheese sandwich. Its quite ironic how her appetite has slowed down to the point she doesn't really want to eat anything.

Later during the afternoon, Phoebe wanted to have a lie down as she was feeling a little sick. Just after she fell asleep we received two large envelopes...look forward to opening these in the morning!!

During the ward round this morning, Rob made his daily checks and is extremely happy with Phoebe's progress and where we are so far. Her belly button still looks a little sore but we are watching this for any changes along with any breakdown of skin on her bum too...usually this will be from the effects of chemotherapy.

Our dear friends Rob
(Sproey) and Bert have arrived ready to go out for dinner tonight and this makes a huge difference to our day knowing we have friends coming over, thanks for making the journey...so pleased they are going to visit one of our favourite eateries called Tampopo....Anyone else been? Its a regular place we visit after trips to the hospital...Phoebe loves japanese and chinese...partic noodles!! Unfortunately, our dear friend Sarah was due to visit tomorrow but has had an accident with detergent getting into her eyes...eeek!! Hope you feel better asap hun xxxx

Here is a little art Phoebe did for me this morning...aaah thank you sweetheart xxx

Estelle, thinking of you hun...keeping Laura in my
prayers xxxx

Chaps, forgive me for the short blog tonight but feeling the need to hit the sack so...

Until tomorrow dear friends...

Rest easy...

Lots of Love
Lynn, Ade, Phoebe and Spirit Eleanor xxxx

Hi Lynn, Aid and Phoebe!
I`m glad we got to see you yesterday. Phoebe was so funny when she said "The baby`s touching my octopus!" Devon gave her some of her best smiles!
Hope you`re having a good day,
Luv, Jo and Devon xx
